Order & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping for US mainland orders takes 7–14 business days. We currently do not offer express shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over .99 ship free within the contiguous US. Orders under .99 are charged a flat shipping rate of .99.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account to check the order status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada, Australia, and selected countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to request a return authorization. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@life2easy.net with your order number and reason for return. For US orders, we will provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a .99 restocking fee applies.
