Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Note: Total delivery time = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Shipping time (7–14 business days). Please factor this in when placing your order.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking status to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
